By accessing or using CloserSight, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including sales representatives, managers, and administrators.

2. Description of Service

CloserSight is a sales intelligence platform that provides CRM capabilities, AI-powered lead scoring, call analysis, email integration, and team management features. The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must have authorization from your organization to use the service on its behalf.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the platform.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the service.
  • Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content.

5. Intellectual Property

The CloserSight platform, including its design, code, AI models, and documentation, is owned by CloserSight and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create within CloserSight, including leads, interactions, notes, and email content. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloserSight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
  • We will retain your data for 30 days post-termination to allow export, after which it is deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law
